Yeah, it even sounded gritty on the radio. But there are so few stories of places that have managed to resist all-luxury condos, I am open to hearing any strategies that can contribute to that.

Some won't be right for our climate. Some won't be right for our existing layout. But, maybe there are nuggets out there which would be useful.
