whnaThis week's Resistat newsletter reminded me of the Riverfest that's held in Baxter Park at Assembly each September. Over the 3 days there are various events. Each year I buy a lovely new silk scarf from this woman who has a booth at the event--I hope she's back this year.
Also, some people like to be warned about fireworks because their pets hate them--so here's your warning.

Riverfest in Assembly Row will feature live music, children's activities, a sidewalk sale, salsa dancing, fireworks and more.
When/where: Fri., Sept. 8 to Sun., Sept. 10. See more at the Riverfest page. Fireworks are Saturday night.
