Mad Oyster parking??

Looking again at the first slide, I see "Mad Oyster Parking" at the top. They're going to replace Mad Oyster studios with a parking garage and keep the same name?!?

Now that would be cold af.

Oh, I had two copies of one doc there, now fixed. Although it's not really clearer on the slide deck either.

My memory of the Mad Oyster discussion was that the existing parking lot was an opportunity for a better use, not that the studio was being replaced by a garage.

But I would recommend you talk to the GSNA folks for more details on that. It was only briefly touched on during the meeting and there may be more backstory to that.
