Tenants' Right to Purchase Info Session

One of many new efforts to curb displacement in Somerville is the Tenant's Right of First Refusal. The idea is that if a landlord decides to sell their building, the tenants in the building will have the first right to buy their own unit and stay in their home. For most, this option to buy would have to be coupled with others supports to make it affordable, but it would be an opening.
