I try to get to the city free flu shot clinic each year--but you can also go to the local pharmacies now to get them. Might be covered with your insurance, give them a call. I tried that once and it was very convenient as well.

The flu shot protects you, of course. But I also implore you to think of the neighbors that we can protect from flu by forming a herd of immunity around them. Seniors, and kids like my nephew who was being treated for leukemia, and other vulnerable folks need us to help keep them from facing the flu.
