whnaThe Winter Hill Neighborhood Association and the Mystic Tenant Association will be hosting a screening of the 1986 film "The Staircase" on Wednesday, March 13 at 6:30pm in the Activity room of the Mystic View Apartments, 530 Mystic Ave. The film documents the tenant struggle to get a staircase built up "the mountain" between the Mystic Apartments and the Healey School.
